1. Overview
At Kora’s Tribe, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Conditions for Returns / Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Have all tags, packaging, and any included freebies (character story cards, welcome notes, etc.).
Be free from stains, odors, rips, or alterations.
4. Items that Cannot Be Returned
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing
Personalized/Custom Products (unless faulty)
5. How to Return
Contact our support team at support@korastribe.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for the return shipment cost (unless the return is due to our error).
Please ensure the package is well-packaged and protected for the return trip.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
For exchanges (size, color, etc.), availability depends on stock. If the preferred item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.
8. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
If you are returning a product over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
9. International Returns
We currently ship primarily within the U.S. If you are an international customer, please contact us to check whether returns are possible.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees related to the return are your responsibility.
10. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Include: order number, product name/print, photo (if damaged or defective), reason for return/exchange
Our support team will guide you through the process.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns & Refund Policy occasionally to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.
