1. Overview
At Kora’s Tribe, we fulfill our orders through Amazon to ensure the fastest and most reliable shipping experience. Because Amazon handles our logistics and payment processing, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Amazon’s Standard Return Policies.
2. How to Process a Return
Since your purchase was processed through Amazon, you must initiate your return directly through your Amazon account:
Go to Your Orders.
Locate the order from Kora’s Tribe and select Return or Replace Items.
Select the reason for the return and follow the instructions to print your return label or generate a QR code for drop-off.
3. Return Window
Most items purchased from Kora’s Tribe can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. During specific holiday seasons, Amazon may extend this window accordingly.
4. Refund Process
Once the item is received and processed at the Amazon fulfillment center, your refund will be issued directly by Amazon to your original payment method.
Timing: Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after Amazon receives the item.
Status: You can track the status of your refund in the “Order Details” section of your Amazon account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it through the Amazon “Returns Center” immediately. Amazon will typically provide a prepaid return label and coordinate a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States via Amazon Global, return policies may vary. Please check your specific order details on Amazon to see available return options and potential international shipping fees.
